We Manufacture Car Wheel Lashing systems and Partial systems as per EN-12195-2 Standards. We are an ISO 9001 : 2015 company and have in the house production process for every stage.

Our CWL product has the following advantages: -

• Less than 7% elongation of Polyester webbing,
• Loosening while transit is minimal,
• Lashing System made are of 5Ton capacity and we guarantee 5Ton,
• Stitching with a bonded polyester thread-making automatic pattern stand for 5Ton belt perfectly,
• End fittings are Electroplated in zinc having 10-15 microns and stand salt spray test of 90 hours until white rust,
• Trivalent passivation (Chrome-6 free in compliance to REACH guidelines) is used in Electroplating,
• Products are labelled with capacity and cautions,
• GTCFI has in house state of the art facility from Designing, Developing and Manufacturing systems as per the client need,
• We have in house testing facilities up to 70Tons Capacity,
• Car Wheel Lashing System made up with Polyester Webbing - 6Ton Capacity and 5Ton Ratchet System.
